How do you determine pricing for a project?
Pricing is tailored per project based on area size, data resolution requirements, and the complexity of the flight path. We offer transparent quotes that cover everything from flight operation to final data delivery.
Is Cache Valley Drone certified and insured?
Safety is our top priority. We are fully FAA Part 107 certified and carry comprehensive liability insurance specifically for commercial drone operations, ensuring peace of mind on every site visit.
What happens if the weather is bad on our flight day?
We monitor weather conditions closely leading up to your project. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise data quality, we will reschedule at no additional cost to ensure you get the best possible results.
How quickly can I get my project on the schedule?
We typically schedule flights within 3-5 business days. For urgent assessment needs, such as storm damage inspections, we do our best to prioritize rapid response to gather critical data when it matters most.
